Shipping policy

We deliver across India.

A ₹50 shipping charge is applicable on all orders.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

For COD orders, an additional ₹99 charge is applicable.

We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery.

Once your return is approved and the product is received, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

A ₹50 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

₹50 delivery charges are non-refundable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, ₹199 will be deducted in case of a return or exchange.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method.

Refunds for COD orders will be given as store credit.
