Refund policy

All refunds for COD and prepaid orders will be provided as store credit.

Once we receive your item, it will go through a quality check. After the product passes our quality check, your store credit will be issued within 5–7 working days.

Your store credit will be valid for 30 days from the day it is credited to you.

The credit can be used on our website for your next Be White Horse purchase 💙

A ₹50 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

₹50 delivery charges are non-refundable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, ₹199 will be deducted in case of a return or exchange.
