We deliver across India.

A ₹50 shipping charge is applicable on all orders.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹199 charge is applicable.

We happily accept returns & exchanges within 5 days of delivery.

A small ₹50 processing fee applies to help us manage returns smoothly.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Once we receive your item, it will go through a quality check. After approval, your store credit will be issued within 5–7 working days.

Your store credit will be valid for 30 days from the date it is credited and can be used on our website for your next Be White Horse purchase 💙
